Code of Ethics
Our group consists of business owners in a variety of fields meeting on a weekly basis to discuss our businesses, ideas, exchange referrals and share a motivated, positive attitude towards generating more business. As we grow our sources of referrals will grow too.
Avoiding high-pressure sales tactics, we serve each other’s needs as a marketing team. Business cards are exchanged and members are encouraged to have business card holders for the group available during the week so references can be provided as the opportunity presents itself. The group shares business and social connections for the benefit of all.
The weekly meetings keep focus, discipline and commitment to each other at a peak so we can all enjoy realizing the full potential of networking.
BNCJ has a code of ethics which provides guidelines to keep our membership healthy and effective while growing:
1) I commit to bringing referrals to the group.
2) I am able and willing to make referrals to BNCJ (there is no conflict between my employer and/or my profession.)
3) I commit to providing ethical and excellent services to referrals received from the group.
4) I commit to attending the weekly meeting and to being on time.
5) I agree to follow the rules and procedures of BNCJ.
